A profit will not happen for the period ended June 30, 2018, i.e. the current quarter!

Interest expense and the G&A line, which includes Independent Consultant Milton Charles "Toad" Ault III's compensation, each exceeded $3mm for the quarter ended March 31, 2018! The Company lost over $6 million on total revenues of $5.2 million in the previous quarter, so without something extraordinary, like an accounting gimmick, DPW will be looking at losses for quite awhile, perhaps forever.

The only positive that might be on the financial horizon is definitive progress against DPW's stated objectives! If I recall, the revenue projection for 2018 is in the range of $45,000,000. Revenue thru Q1 was only $5.2 million. There is a long way to go in order to reach Milton Charles "Toad" Ault III's "fearless" prognotistication! NOT CONVINCED IT WILL HAPPEN!

I SOLD ALL 93K shares/closed position again, today - ridiculous, this pig doesn't know when to stop causing me more losses, $16000 loss early in the year after plunged from $4 to $2.27/share, now again I lost. Lost faith in CEO, also. No future even long-term. Maybe recover 1.5-3 years from now, but I can't risk more time tying up my liquidity. Angry. I could pay multiple months of house/rents with this week's loss +AND $16,000 lost on DPW few months ago is like half of a new car I need. Iam seriously livid. Mr. Todd Ault... is a wrong man DPW is using our (investors') money to up his obscene salary, metely dyeto him scheming to prevent delisting from NYSE-Amex.
Naybe we, victins, can start a Class.Action Lawsuit ?
