No it hasn't... Charts have continued to run even after Clay shows up, and charts have fallen after he shows up too... That's not 100% of the time a same result...

If a chart runs.... He shows up.... That's the only thing that is relatively 100% true, and even that's not true (there are thousands of stocks, only 1 Clay)...
