I dont see anything about bland being on the BOD as of today.

In fact you can see that as of 3/31/18 financials he is officially without control and gone from BOD.

Its easy to see with the information provided that bland has no controlling shares or Board of director position as of 3/31/18 to control this company. To state otherwise is to fabricate a story without evidence.

These statements are simply false and misleading folks! Watch out for smoke and mirrors being put out there.
Just because something is typed in bold or in red print doesn’t mean it’s true. It is very easy to see who owns the A1 preferred shares and that’s none other than David Ho himself.
Bland has no role other than a share holder like the rest of us and just like the rest of us has no control what so ever.
David Ho owns 80% of this company as well as the total voting control that goes along with the 3,000,000 A1 preferred shares.
