Mary777, you have a good name and rep with people. This is an honest guestion and in no way is it an attack on your post but with all due respect what proof do you have that he said that, what proof do you have that you can show us, or quite frankly me that that conversation happened. And if that is true why doesn't Steve Berman just state that in the shareholders letter, why does he not fill us in on things he has going on behind the scenes that he has to know is going to gravely affect the way trading goes on with this stock. Just yesterday, I forget who it was but I'm sure I could find the post somebody came in and claim that the exact amount profited from the 44 million shares sold was the exact amount that was owed to the Delaware debt again this person claimed it as if it was true and yet show no proof of this. There are many pumpers and bashers I really don't care for either I care for the people that are in the situation I'm in which is a bag holder I did my DD on this company this company is in good standing the problem is Steve Berman shoots him self in the foot every time he pulls this sneaky crap if what you have to say is true and I hope that it is why doesn't he just put it out. He put out a great shareholders letter detailing everything that's going on but forgot to mention oh by the way everybody on Monday you're going to see a filing for 44 million shares sold this is why this is what it went to this is what it was for and everybody would be OK with it. This is the same thing with the audit the fact that the audit didn't come through quite frankly isn't a big deal people made it a big deal and the Bears were able to capitalize on it and they were able to bring the stock price down or whatever games they play, the big deal was the cover up the big deal was that he waited till the last minute when It was supposed to be out to turn around and put out information that he knew from the get-go,his lawyer knew it, he thought he could get it pass and he didnt. It's his own actions that are causing the disbelief in traders or investors are in anybody that wants to buy the stock because anytime anybody is ready to purchase he comes out and does something shady. I know this was a long winded post and is not directed at you in anyway shape or form but if you do have proof of Steve Berman saying that to you in writing or can get to him to put out a PR explaining it please do because unfortunately it's your name now that's on the line for saying something or backing somebody that did something shady so please if you have proof that proves Steve Berman did do this for a certain reason and you have that in text please post it. I thank you for all the hard work and energy you put into this stock and many others you do help a lot of people whether they are seasoned or not that's why I want to make it very clear in no way am I attacking you I'm actually asking you for your help if you can get to this guy and get him to pull his head out of his ass and learn how to communicate in a way that doesn't knock the legs out from underneath the table it would be greatly appreciate it again thank you for all you do.
