It's going up because they have kept their noses clean while completing a total restructuring. This was an over built company being used as a Piggy Bank by original shareholders. They got their heads handed to them and had to take a serious "Time out". Now they have re-focused their Biz model and have the financial backing to execute. Once they clean up some more of their past abuses they will start earning money and head into the low teens PPS. Should be about 4-6 mos for Wall Street to be convinced. Huge upside from here.Looking for big upward move over the next month. Just hope it can avoid a lower low in the meantime. IMHO
