CEO has horrible history of reverse splits and massive dilution. Vigil will destroy all shareholders via 1 for 1000 reverse split. Even after PRing that “the company has no plans for a R/S” she in fact did so. Not once, but twice in her other ticker. CEO a fraud, liar, and crook. BUYER BEWARE!!!
