I also went to that address in Century City for Perfect Circle. That address is actually wrong. I went to the building on that block that had office's thinking that it was a typo. They are not at that address either.
I called IR when I was in Century City asking them for the new ADTM address. They wouldn't answer the question.
Yes I believe you are correct. They often rent a rent a desk office as they are not at the "office" on a daily basis.
ADTM - That address in Irvine was much larger than a rent a desk office. They had staff there when they occupied that location.
The location in Century City is probably a rent a desk type office. I couldn't get past security on the first floor to go to to the second floor and look around. If it its a rent a desk type office, its got to be very expensive on the monthly.
