I'm not going to set up my own exchange just to satisfy your needs.
I will say that I have and do a fair amount of coding(it's my job) and I can say that by reading through the company site supplying the code that they have made it quite simple however.
I'll also point out the title of their instructions:
Backend and web app installation
See where it says 'web app installation'?

I'm glad you noted you can get website templates for anything..., because that's exactly what this company does. Nothing really wrong with that, except it means they are just one of many exactly like them..., nothing new or innovative.
They haven't even bothered to update the landing page to something other than the default images and structure. (I suspect they don't really know how, but that's just my opinion...)
