Very nasty. Far from over. Another court hearing on July 3rd. There is a court of law and Ken Maciora can't destroy companies for his own gain. Will see who laughs last.

Looks like you missed my point. MEC f/k/a MyECheck is suing Maciora. They are appropriately registered in Wyoming. Probably should research filings before jumping to conclusions. Jurisdiction was established.

Maciora's desperation can't be any more apparent. He has resorted to nitpicking minute details and using them as a basis for frivolous Motions.
