FIRST OFF - the old company has been dissolved and this new Owner and Principal have been named. That requires a new reinstatement and registration paperwork and Sunbiz has made clear in quick fashion their filings are legit on their website.

THEREFORE.,.this is very intriguing and must read... By every account IMO- the following appears to be the Thomas Mitchell that has taken over this Corp entity and reinstated it with the state of Florida. This is very intriguing as it would fall perfectly in line with his decision to leave Devon Energy a year ago TO PUSUE OTHER VENTURES..... hmmmm. He was the CFO of a NYSE company trading at $41 a share and currently listed on the S& P 500 list. This is certainly very substantial.
