Only happen if HAON really kicks in their buyback program AND announces a significant acquisition. As I have expressed, their buy back is ONLY in treasury stock. What they use their treasury shares for and how long they will hold them is the big question.
Keeping them 'on the shelf' rather than resell them into the market DOES have an affect on float even though the shares are not extinguished. HAON in effect could become a 'long term' holder and refrain from resell but rather put the shares towards future acquisitions furthering asset value - enhancing pps value.
If the management does in fact "manage", HAON could reach .01 without any possibility of a R/S....over time and most certainly NOT quickly.
