Exactly. Anything Vigil is involved with is a SCAM. Dilution, R/S, fraud, lies, and criminal activity. I wonder how many lawsuits she has against her? I know of one where she signed a lease with a building and never paid a penny. Then she fled. What a huckster POS!!!
