but but but, the Brits are master ship builders and all TGLO has to do is give the nod and it will be done...oooops, anyone in Britain that knew how to build a ship is either dead or a pensioner now and the knowledge was not passed on to a new generation, which is too busy trying to avoid machete attacks anyway
