Thanks Jerry good explanation;

I contacted KCC only when I changed residence first time after Signing up releases and I was told there is no address to be changed, this was 2013. I raised up this because many of us have this problem. People move for one reason or another. I am seeing this board since 2009.

I think best is if they use a bridge bank and distribute funds through brokerage account, the safest possible way.
