I don't know the answer to that its up to the court to decide. Any number of things could happen and I guess we just have to wait and see. If this is decided to be fraud it could mean jail as well.

There was no formal agreement in writing with Mrs Li's entity to provide funding to RMHB. CEO Welch claimed to be surprised when he eventually found out. Pull the other one.

Like Fish I’ve read the lawsuit Mr Gasaffi filed. I’m not an attorney. However if the facts bear out as his lawsuit

As in-house counse took over the company pushing the Chinese investor out.?Welch was accused before of transferring stock into his name with out approval. IMO Mrs Li should have sued Welsh,Gasaffi and the direactors. Some people know Welch has a husband, a Musician he supports. My opinion the directors or trying to sell as much stock as they can to pay their big salaries as long as possible. Just an opinion, if Ms Li got the company back, based on Gasaffi lawsuit, with 30 million worth of debt. No product other than label other company’s product. I would guess a BK would be her only out. I’m sure a federal trustee would have
