LOW...no kidding re the Aruba wind...it can whip up at times...like 24/7. Never gone to Jamaica or Bermuda or Bahamas. Also in Dominican Republic, go t a resort & never leave it. BTW, lotsa Canuckleheads go to Cuba. I believe you dudes have travel restrictions for flying into Cuba from the US but many from Michigan & upstate New York book packages to Cuba & fly out of Toronto. Very cheap. I understand the guards on the beaches in Cuba with machine guns to protect the tourists are a bit of a turn off.
