Fm, your "future" concern is to look for SEC filing that said that a distribution is on the way and then you will wait by the mailbox for a check from KCC so that it won't be stolen. You don't even tell to your neighbor that you expect such a check. I am kind of joking but also serious about this. Unlike my PIERS checks which amount to several 10K, here we are talking about hundred of thousand or even several million of dollars in a check that anybody can cash if they get a hold of it. I don't know if the trust will change the delivery method to direct deposit but they did with personal checks for PIERS.

Yep they have till 9-26-18 to straighten it all up with commons $86B, and the other flavors.

I believe they will. If you have your inception WMIH shares, which will be exploding by that date, possibly plus S4V, provable quarterly monetized asset payments, and cash equaling "fair and reasonable".

I would rather the bank examiner be started up with subpoena powers so Henry, Sheila, and Jamie could be deposed, with the 100's of others involved, and start draining the cesspool. But that's up to God.
