I think the only part of EPC that would be happening without financing is the engineering. We know the with certainty the FEED is complete per the last executive summary and the Feb announcement regarding the start of the DD&E portion by Interstate. The DD&E can be safely assumed to be complete imo with estimates of completion at 45-60 days.
