This has been my thinking from the moment i glanced at that thing (the 10k) as well...and i have expressed that opinion here several times.

...more I looked at it the more certain I became that Rufus is at home putting these things together himself.

I've been following this the last few days & I have to say this is the most convaluted 10K I've ever seen.

The SEC should step in...RIGHT NOW. If they don't do something about this, they might as well legalize robbery. How blatent doe someone have to be before they actually stop them?
