'339 patent is worthless anyways

One of the few cases where MAXD's failure to deliver actually helps the company... it is not wasting resources trying to sell & sue over something hopeless.

It appears we still dont have the patents she was connected with. Read the filing just from 2 weeks ago. It still talks about how Max "will be" co owners someday.. know what you own :)
