Yep we all speculated earlier that if nothing good started happening on the revenue driving front that they'd need to do another $5M offering by June...and sure enough they haven't secured any new Regabatin or Rexista partnerships with upfront monies...and they haven't seen any sales growth in their Seroquel and Focalin sales...and they haven't seen any new FDA ANDA approvals nor secured any new ANDA licensing deals.
So for sure it's all but a foregone conclusion that another offering is most likely coming!
Which again is the main reason I keep saying that if they did in fact already launch PODRAS human trials...why not PR it so that this stock could garner some fresh optimism and organic traction...perhaps putting mgmt. in a far more favorable position as to what share price they have to do another raise at!
Also, mgmt. has never come right out and told anyone that they have in fact already launched the long anticipated PODRAS human trials...they've just said that they're on track...which could mean anything as long as they put out some form of PODRAS update by/b4 June 30th.
I would welcome surprising news that they have in fact COMPLETED the proof of concept PODRAS human trials don't get me wrong!
I'm just not counting on it given what mgmt. has said on the matter both privately and publicly so far, and if they are on the verge of completing the PODRAS human trials soon...why keep that a secret from market when positive PODRAS progression being disseminated to market on a timely basis would've surely aided the share price and the market optimism in play on this stock.
