I understand the 62M shares for CSHD. The number we should use for SLJB is 500M shares. Our revenue numbers may resemble theirs, but our numbers will be much more credible with that PWC stamp. Also we will be able to see the growing middle east numbers as a part of our audit, which will make it much easier to get a fair/higher PE ratio. Growth will be documented and stamped. But .35 to .40 will be a quick speed bump memory early on day one. IMHO.

Once the audit is released everyone will have to reassess SLJB's value.
