Dr A is just an investor and outsider. He may be smart but he is simply guessing. So where is Dr A now? If he feels that 299B is due for escrow then he should sue all the way to the Supreme Court. 299B is like a Walmart, 2 Intel, a Microsoft or the GDP of some affluent countries.
