Wrong office. I used to life in one half of a duplex. When I sold it, the adjoining neighbour's duplex was not included in the sale. They got to keep their house even though I sold mine. I can see that its a difficult concept for some to grasp, but the MMEX's half of the duplex is not for sale. Only the adjoining one is. Like my neighbour, MMEX gets to keep their half of the duplex.
