JusticeWillWin: Great analysis! I believe KKR will end up with majority but nevertheless KKR-Fortress (Softbank) will be leading this company forward.

Right now its the State Government approvals that are holding us since NSM Inverstor Relations email confirmed but I am hopeful in June we will get clearance.

Exciting times ahead.
