Yes and all this talk of the document being fake or not coming from Mick but the company has not addressed it. A derogatory comment about the document is on their Twitter page. Seems like if it was really fake or false "It's Not" the company would be quick to deny it and squash all the bad publicity it is bringing.
Fact is the document is real and was composed by the CEO of Paranotek Mick Davis. That only proves that this company is a phony as they come.

Yes, I would agree that it seems as if they are more concerned about this board than actually doing their job. At the end of the day, will they have a product or some leg to stand on?
It’s really sad to see their focus is on this board than their product. In a time where privacy is paramount and how they are selling a privacy app, it’s sad to see they are breaking their core value as well. Hopefully they will get their act together and focus on Saypher.
