Look at a RNVA chart that covers all the Reverse Splits to appreciate how "players" have suffered. It's off about 99% in the two years I've followed (and bashed) it. It was a dreadful loser even before that. All the recent pumping since January 2018 has done little to stanch the freefall.
The problem compared with other penny stocks... the Oneida hospital's cash burn.
