The CEO needs to spell it out, or correct his intentional misspelling.
In his tweet he said "worth wile" not "worthwhile" as portrayed in this post:

“We feel the legal tides may be changing in our favour, and we believe a victorious outcome will make it worthwhile for our shareholders”

Does the CFO need to spell it out ?

More details within 2 months.

Worth waiting for.

Keeping it real! I love this tweet, most of these penny flippers wouldn't know what to do with 3M dollars if they had it, much less 100k, my guess is they also have mortgages. My guess sure isn't building a business and sticking with it. At this share price, extremely awesome entry point. The two things I like here are the personal investment and humility....

I'm resold. maxd$

"We never anticipated how much time money and resources the fight against Google would take"

This is because management is terrible at their job. Anyone with half a brain would have:

1. Discovered Google has effectively unlimited funds to defend lawsuits
2. Discovered Google's reputation for never settling nuisance lawsuits (They spend more to defend & win than to settle)
3. Ensured MAXD had standing to sue before suing

Halpern virtually always loses his court cases. Good luck with that changing after his decade of failures.

Perhaps you could ask the CFO to 'spell out' what exactly MAXD gets if Attia wins his lawsuit. MAXD refuses to specify that. I wonder what the CFO is hiding...
