Just stop.

Acquisition is complete.

Read carefully and then understand this....ALL other businesses will be sold off....Watch Lenders take most of the assets for forgiveness of long term debt. NOTE: MINE has financial resources (comment from Gordon MacFie).

What will be left is Priwen and any NEW acquisitions related to the core competencies of both Mr. MacFie and his chief engineer.

Ultimately over the summer, Mr. Vanis will leave giving full control to Mr. MacFie.

Today is step 1. Many more things to follow.
