Of course you are not wrong to believe what he says. It is not a right vs wrong issue. But my experience from Pinksheet company officers giving lofty goals leads me to believe that will most likely not happen. You like to buy on "ultimate goals", I like to buy on at least some facts that back up those lofty goals so I will stay out until I see some of those facts.
As far as fundamentals, they will have additional revenues from the refinery project. They could end up taking on other similar projects and really become a major player. Time will tell.
