Now this is amusing. Gotta love it.......

I am glad Our New age CEO Kyle has already made appropriate plans when we find the ship.

Where's the agreement with Spain? That would REQUIRE disclosure regardless of what age you're living in.

Legals first, and if you can't get them in place, then move on to a wreck that you can secure.

You don't even have an admiralty claim on the Concepcion, much less an agreement with Spain.

Spain's plan might include a thank you to New Age Kyle and his sheeple for finding her wreck, but that's about it.

A lawsuit may come from the Pulaski find, but it won't be from a foreign country. At best someone(s) may be able to to get 10-15%, but that's a stretch.

I keep repeating it, this is one stupid business model.

Have a nice day!

Kyle said the wreck was 1/4 mile away from.....

Area 2, did he not? And we know they were working in Area 1 under HTQ's permit before they obtain their own permit. Why would he say it was 1/4 mile away and Dr. Baer conclude they need to keep exploring? That was almost 2 years ago.

In short, they hope they find more scattered remains in hopes it may lead to the conclusion part of the 1517 fleet is scattered there?

What do you see in these reports that is so promising?

Area 2

Historical Results and Conclusions.

At this time there are not enough coherent archaeological remains to determine with any degree of certainty the extent of historic shipwreck resources that may lie undiscovered in the permit area. However, disgnostic artifacts previously recovered, indicate the presence of a shipwreck that was part of of the Nueva España Flota of 1715. While only part of a scatter pattern has not been established to support this contention, on-going search and recovery efforts off Melbourne Beach is expected to lead to the recovery of additional artifact material to support a 1715 shipwreck provinance.

Area 1

Historical Results and Conclusions

At this time there are not enough coherent archaeological remains to determine with any degree of certainty the extent of historic shipwreck resources that may lie undiscovered in the permit area. However, disgnostic artifacts previously recovered, indicate the presence of a shipwreck that was part of of the Nueva España Flota of 1715. While only part of a scatter pattern has been established to support this contention, on-going search and recovery efforts off Melbourne Beach is expected to lead to the recovery of additional artifact material to support a 1715 shipwreck provinance. Under the current scope of the permit 2016.05 Seafarer’s Quest investigations in MB-514 do not fall under the requirements of this topic. At this time no actions have been undertaken for the purpose of recovering data about or from a building(s) or structure(s) to evaluate and determine eligibility; or to document using the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) or Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) standards and guidelines prior to proposed alteration or destruction. It is only through the continued investigation of these highly scattered anomalies that we may discern the trajectory of the initial wrecking process. No objects will be recovered unless they are highly diagnostic in nature; otherwise, they were documented and left in-situ as has been done over the course of the permit. It is hoped that, when permitted, investigation in area one will reveal a more complete picture the wrecking process of this vessel and more importantly if this wreckage does indeed represent the remains of an early 18th Century mercantile vessel associated with ship losses in the hurricane event of July 31 1715.

Dr. Baer

Conclusion

From the evidence uncovered, it is concluded that the diagnostic artifacts – the Monteros Platter and the Ramirez Flintlock Pistol recovered at the Melbourne Beach site approxiamately 14 miles north of the 1715 shipwreck sites is undoubtedly cargo from a missing 1715 shipwreck. It is believed that the vessel scatter at the site is that of the Santisima Trinidad y Nuestra Señora de la Concepcieon, the vessel that transported the consigned box of presents including the Monteros Platter from Veracruz to Havana and from Havana to the Florida Treasure Coast where it was recovered almost 300 years later.
