Yes 27% suggests there is still a lot of risk. I like the stock much better at 37c than prior to the report at 30c, but that's what makes a market.

RealUSA "27% suggests it isnt going to happen." Actually it can only suggest that the sellers of stock think so. Why do they know this better than those who buy the shares being sold? SIAF is profitable and can og course devote a small percentqage of thosse profits to a cash dividend in six months if it gives priority to doing so.
