1.05 is very low. Most of us have much higher. I don't have to sell before the summer in two years. I hope the price have increased alot by then.

I remember that feeling- it kicked in when I had taken my million down to about 100K and I was desperately trying to hold on- ended up taking too much risk and got zeroed out- I'm happy it went the other way for you!

I don't think you were literally about to join me in the homeless shelter, but sounded like you were stressed out before this incredible turnaround.
