FACT 2. This split/dividind/distribution.. whatever you want to call it calls for 6 shares to be issued for every one owned now. This is about 660 million shares total bringing the total issued and outstanding to something around 770 Million.

Anyone have any idea why they would pick the number 6???

I mean come on.... why not 3?

Hmm, a year ago you were being charged by the SEC for a crime, a week ago, you were "buddy buddy" with the SEC and flew in to provide them information and talked on the phone with them regularly, and today you claim that the SEC is committing a crime themselves.

Why do you make reference to this?

Simon, from Subpennyradio, said that he is going to have an SEC attorney on his show on Monday that will discuss these documents.
