What makes you think BetPack was bought out? They are/were an Irish company that used the same Optime software as Seaniemac and used the license of SGS (which is UK company half owned by Optima a Spanish company. When Seaniemac could not pay the 300K winnings to punter, SGS paid the winnings THEN closed the Seaniemac web site and turned over the data base to BetPack in an attempt to collect back the 300K. That Splash page re BetPack has been up since last May.

The senior lender of Seaniemac then tried to negotiate a deal with SGS/Optima last summer and failed. Since then the senior lender has gone into default and foreclosure hearing in USA and UK and likely has now taken over and shown Trautmand and Brookstein the door!! Yes, they are still listed but I know Trautman has walked away and Brookstein will not even answer his phone. The D taken off the BETS symbol requires a fee and request from controlling shareholders which would be the senior lender, TCA.

I'm guessing they file late financials next, officially boot Brookstein and hopefully (and they are saying NADA) have a buyer for RM into BETS. Many of us assume the deletion of the D on SCOTUS ruling day was not a coincidence.

That jump with the website is very interesting indeed! Looking forward to see what kind of developments are going on here.
