And yet $LIGA is trading like all typical OTC pink stocks. If $LIGA was any better than any other OTC we'd rising above 014 today instead of realizing a virtual 50% haircut.

OTC stocks trade like this because there is rarely anything to support the momentum supported runs. LIGA clearly has something big going on.
