Hmmm, for the record I stated this back in 2014...I was called a basher back then but I knew the truth and GR wasn't merging with MGON...

I wouldn't expect anything gigantic, usually a R&D company looking to raise some money because they usually don't have the money to file an S1 registration and go public that route...too expensive

so they can come into a shell, clean up and raise some funds

Never thought it would be here either, but outta curiosity where did you read they will IPO in July? Myself and another iHub poster I follow are keeping an eye on that one
