You see the question mark in my post? You see i corrected my own post and said ARCI did not file the 10k and this was the reason for the notice?
I´m not a shareholder of ARCI and pps is below $1, so i suspected they got the notice because pps is below $1 but i added "?" because i did not look it up in this moment and when i have seen it was beause of the not filed 10k i corrected my own post!
Why do you call my post "wrong" after i corrected already my post minutes later and there was a question mark in it and it makes not even a difference why they got the notice.
Many nasdaq stocks get this notice and find a way to stay listed or file the required filing later and even if it´s not listed on nasdaq in the future, the fact that the business was good enough for being acquired by a nasdaq company is the reason why i mentioned it.
Because this doesn´t happen in stocks where everything is such a fraud, bad, a scam...
