Since the judges were replaced for suppose “collusion” all new judges in place, VPLM has won every time. Court stays removed on Verizon Twitter and AT&T Infringement cases this week. The only thing left is to remove the stay on the Apple case. With trebled damages is anyone at Apple worried ? They should be. They just lost a 504 million Dollar lawsuit for patent infringement. That is nothing compared to the loss they will occur When discovery happens. Apples do go bad after time in the barrel.
