That is THE number one issue. They barely made a dent in the convertible debt...yet issued a ton of stock in the quarter...so much so they were able to write back a good chunk of the derivative liability associted with the notes that were converted.
Now they are looking an AS increase at some point and Helpcomm is burning cash in the process despite its “revenue”.
