AT is at it too. They put a no buy in for sssu today. It seems anytime a stock has a run or sell off they use these tactics.

I haven't resolved the issue personally if they do this to protect the shareholder or themselves?

If a person has to go thru the broker and lose control over the bid or ask it could mean trouble both ways.

Its either a tactic they use to slow the trading down or make the buyer or seller think twice about the transaction. Things can change fast in 10seconds.

It could very well mean that there is something really wrong with the activity?

As far as buying, I think it will be interesting.

With the current spread, I'll probably try to snag some if anything comes my way around .01 or so. (hope it does but don't think it will).

Big spreads throwing me in the air: don't know where I can get 'em
