What you are overlooking is that they have no need to do that.

Go dark, convert a thousand or so a day. If they don't get greedy the Caribbean guys can milk this for a long time.

They have no need to take it to the full dilution, and they know they very likely can't take it that far anyway.

Sell the pops, and don't hang around for the drops.
