Seems that one can access the spam'ed web site
and obtain free information. Just so long that the info
does not violate security laws, in the manner its displayed,
for example to do Pumps & Dumps, then its seems NOT
a violation of iHub's TOU, yes?

If Matt forbids this URL being used, then other URLs can
then be contested as similiar in use.

But then Matt may say anyone except an owner or employee
of that URL web site can use it in a post.

Guess it depends about Use versus an unpaid/permitted ad.

Until Ihub bought Si them Si #reply -(s) "spammed" Si, yes?
