More news coming. I just emailed them about PRing their financials. They responded with the following

Yes, we will make a PR at the appropriate time (soon). We are waiting for OTC markets removal of the stop sign...we are working with them and will follow their lead/instructions. Once they have processed our request, we will release Q1 AND OTHER INFO (I added the emphasis).
