Are you talking about Blink's newly acquired chargers?

https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/03/20/1442770/0/en/Blink-Charging-Co-Expands-Chicago-Footprint.html

...the Company has purchased 112 deployed EV charging stations from JNS Power & Control Systems, Inc. (“JNS”). The installed EV chargers are located in some of Chicago’s busiest areas including both Chicago Midway and O’Hare airports, the John Hancock Center, North Ridge Plaza, Northfield Square, and other high-traffic locations, shopping centers and parking garages throughout the city. This brings Blink Charging’s total in Illinois to over 160 stations.

The project is still happening and someone still has to install them. I don't know if $Blnk or chargepoint gets the retail side maybe the airports use there own network. If it's Blnk getting the deal you would have to think that Brian got blnk into an agreement where we do the installs & maintaince on all the blnk chargers. Brian practically said it in the blnk PR. They are working together. Now the real question is. When will the projects happen? When will the city start spending the $15.5mm and also the other project with Chicago Transit. When will the Transit start doing the Electric bus project?
Lots of miney to be had and $JNSH should get more then enough work
