OBV looks like it drifted lower in August. Also, look at the comparison with QQQ for the last 100 days. Looks to me that there are good signs of distribution.

Scott, on top of Joe's suggestion, look also at the RSI, IBM in the last nine months has always turned back down after the RSI climbed above 70%, it may be different this time, but joe's observations lend credence to the distribution argument.
