Thank you for your response and yes, I can understand what you are saying. Let me put it this way. You know I am big on actions and while actions do not tell the entire story, the following always gave me the confidence to invest heavily in this case.
So, we have some of the most intelligent, wealthy Hedge Funds (AAOC) who did everything in their power to zero Equity. They argued and challenged Judge Walrath who held a trial against them for Insider Trading.
This basically found them guilty with a legal term of "Colorable", ordered them to under-go court ordered closed door two months of Mediation in order to make a deal with Equity.
This which they fought "tooth and nail" until the Judge advised them if they come out of Mediation with Equity and no deal, they will face the "Colorable" court verdict. This meant face losing their claims entirely, lose their standing in society, lose their licenses and most likely face prison time - Ultimately they made a deal with Equity
*******AND SOME WANT US TO BELIEVE*******
They went through all of this to get a fifty cent shell company with NO BUSINESS or INCOME STREAM...really, now really...no one really expects one to believe they went through all of this not to mention waiting ten years for TAX ATTRIBUTES...now this is just to damn funny.
