Now that also bring a question as to WHY have we not seen anything proxy wise for OUR SH MEETING and PROXY VOTE that normally is in the FIRST WEEK OF JUNE or less than 4 weeks away??????????????


What are they trying to keep from us until the very last minute to inform us of here??????????

Legally they can put out the proxy as close as 10 days before the voting, but WHY???????????????????????????????

Or are they gonna 8K they are holding off on our SH meeting until a later date this year????

Something is A RYE here, or at least NOT THE NORM here.......
