Well referring back to my explanation.......I believe the order will go, R/M announcement, SEC filing for Preferred Class A Super Voting shares, Delfin common stock being replaced with Preferred shares and 'then' the common stock registration filing will be made! It is not a matter of 'if' but 'when'! All of those filings and procedures is what the T/A they hired specializes in doing! Pretty damn impressive on who DELFIN has hired don't you think? jmho
Well as has been researched and posted before, DELFIN did not just hire some newly graduated lawyer to accomplish this reverse merger. Instead they hired one of the top Lawyer Firms who specializes in Reverse Mergers. I think I will go with Delfin's doing things right! JMHO
