you are right, it is NOT a big deal to register the securities, and that should alarm the hell out of everyone here, because if they were registered, then they could not easily be returned to egan. but right now, this transaction is easily reversible, at this point delfin can hand the shell back to egan and probably get most of its 25k back...so all this hype over a 10Q...you better hope that they actually register the shares at some point between now and december
